Do I own my website?
Your business content, branding and supplied assets remain yours. MYSBO provides the website as a managed subscription service. If you cancel, we’ll explain the available handover options clearly before anything changes.
How long does a website take?
A standard small-business website is usually ready for review in around four to six weeks. Timing depends on site size, supplied content and feedback turnaround.
What does unlimited updates mean?
Everyday content changes are included: text, photos, services, team members, menus, products, opening hours and similar edits. We normally work through one active request at a time.
What is outside everyday updates?
A new custom platform, major redesign, advanced integration or large catalogue migration may sit outside everyday updates. We’ll explain the scope and price before starting extra work.
Can you replace my existing website?
Yes. We can review what you have, keep useful content and manage the move to the new MYSBO website.
Can you help with the words?
We’ll help shape structure, headlines and calls to action. Larger copywriting projects or ongoing articles can be added when more support is needed.
Is e-commerce included?
Basic e-commerce capability is included. Larger catalogues, advanced shipping, subscriptions or complex integrations may need an upgraded scope.
What about my domain and email?
We can register and manage your domain, and one business email account is included. Additional accounts can be added at the current per-user cost.
Is SEO included?
Yes. The plan includes technical SEO foundations, Google Business Profile setup, Google Analytics 4 and a monthly report.
